We've had a couple members reach out to say they've had issues logging in to access the shop after signing up. The issue seems to be with the verification emails sending to certain domains (Yahoo addresses, certain clinic-specific addresses, & some .edu addresses seem to be experiencing the most issues).
If you are experiencing issues accessing members areas like the Veterinary Resource Center after signing up, please fill out our Contact Us form, or send us a message at drvp@vanderplan.com so we can get you in.
Unfortunately we don't have a real solution at this time, but we've found a workaround that will at least allow you access to all parts of the site. Thank you to those of you who sent us messages & thanks for your patience!
